和訳がしっくりこない。特に　to act on.　の部分

宜しくお願いします。 下記文章について、和訳があるのですが、 どうにも気にくわないので、みなさんだったらどのように 訳すか教えてください。 A policy map specifies which traffic class to act on. 専門用語　A policy map （ポリシーマップ） traffic class （トラフィッククラス）

No.1 です. No.1の私の訳は間違いのようです. 「処理対象」でよいと思います ポリシーマップによって処理すべきトラフィッククラスと処理内容(action)が特定されます. 処理内容(action)には, 当該トラフィッククラスのレイヤー２ CoS 値を設定すること, 適合する各トラフィッククラスの帯域を制限すること, そしてトラフィックがプロファイルを外れた場合の処理内容が含まれ得ます. ポリシーマップは例えば「音声トラフィックであれば○×し, 映像トラフィックであれば△△する. しかし, ファイル転送のトラフィックには処理を行わない」等でしょうか？

どのトラフィッククラスに作用するかを、ポリシーマップが規定している。 この文て単独で出てきてるんですか？直前の文章がもしあれば教えていただきたいです。

御回答ありがとうございます。 原文はこれで、 A policy map specifies which traffic class to act on and the actions to take. Actions can include setting a specific Layer 2 CoS value in the traffic class and specifying the traffic bandwidth limitations for each matched traffic class (policer) and the action to take when the traffic is out of profile (marking). 和訳は、 ポリシー マップは処理対象のトラフィック クラスを指定します。 と、to act on 　の部分は　処理対象の　と訳されているようですが、いかがですか。 http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/ong/15400/r40docs/454ios40/qos_cnfg.htm

あるという和訳を載せてください. たぶんこの質問は運営者によって削除されます. 訳 ポリシーマップによってどのトラフィッククラスに従うかが特定される.
