YHAの予約確認でわからないところがあります！
実は、ダブルブッキングをしてしまったのでキャンセルしたいのですが、以下の文章の意味がよくわかりません！教えてください！！！ If you attempt to cancel or change your reservation via fax, mail, or email, it is NOT guaranteed until you receive a cancellation number or change confirmation. Also, note that requests are NEVER guaranteed.

意味としては、 「ファックス、お手紙、またはＥメールにて、予約の取り消し、変更を希望される場合、お客様がキャンセル受付番号もしくは変更確認を受け取るまで、その取り消し、変更は保証いたしかねます。また、そのご希望は決して保証されていないことをご了承いただきます。」 なんですが、つまり、キャンセルのメッセージとかを送ったとしても、 相手側から、その確認の連絡が入るまで、それは確かではないので、安心しないことです。直接、交渉しない限り、うまく伝わるかどうかが、保証できないってことですね。

状況はわかりませんが・・・ダブルブッキングというよりも・・・ もしかして、一度予約を入れたものを、変更しようとメールかFAXかお手紙にて相手方にご連絡を入れましたか？ この様子じゃ、ホテルかなあ～・・・相手のほうに、一度入れた予約を変更、もしくはキャンセルをするのに、キャンセル受付番号があるようです。多分そこに、変更があった場合、元々の予約記録のデータを呼び出すのに必要な番号が存在しそうですね。 なので。相手から、変更受付の番号をあなたが入手して、その番号を伝えて変更届をお願いしないと、いかなる変更もできませんし、したとしても、必ず１００％あなたの変更の意向を受け入れる保証はいたしかねます、ということじゃないですか？

キャンセルポリシーのところに All reservations require an advance deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must contact us and obtain a cancellation number at least 48 hours prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you made your reservation online, changes or cancellations should also be made online. とありましたが、予約の４８時間前のキャンセルであれば、デポジットが返金されるという事なのでしょうか？ 教えて下さい。 宜しくお願い致します。

よろしくお願いします。 あるホテル(海外)の予約を取ろうとして、 キャンセルポリシーを伺ったところ、 If you cancel less than 7 days before ,you will loss your fees. More than 7 days before ,we keep your money for reservation during 12 months for you or a friend of yours. との回答がかえってきました。 7日以内のキャンセルは、すべて払う必要があるということでしょうか? 後半の文がいまいちピンと来ません。 どなたか、英語に詳しい方、よろしくお願いいたします。

In case you have no access to a fax you can scan the documents and send it to me via e-mail. 先日海外のオンラインショップでDVDを注文したのですが、注文状況を調べるとまだ注文未確定の状態で、商品名の横に「back order」とあったので在庫がないということだと思うのですが、「注文番号～の商品はいつごろ入荷、発送が可能か」、という内容の問い合わせメールを送ろうと思ってます。英語ができないため、もしよければ英訳していただけるとうれしいです。それと、注文手続き完了したときに送られてきたメールの一部が分からず何か見落としていないか気になるので、こちらも、もしよければ内容を教えていただけるとうれしいです。 This email verifies your order.
