◆第一のご質問について。 it will be possible only by inferring ～ とするほうが、becomes よりも自然だと思います。 ◆第二のご質問ですが、 結論を言いますと、ご提案の書き換えは、原文において筆者の意図する内容と大きく逸れてしまっています。 この英文には、ある「前提」があります。 つまり、「実社会」を知ろうとしても、「実社会そのもの」を直接知ることは出来ない、というのが筆者の前提なんです。 「実社会」は、「こういう形をしている」「こんな色だ」というように直接的に捉えることができません。実体をもった概念ではない、というわけです。 だから、「実社会を知るには、実社会に属するものをとりあげてその外観から推察することしか方法がない」と言っているわけです。 その点を踏まえてご質問の書き換え文に話を戻せば、動名詞 inferring の目的語に the real world を持ってきてしまうことによって、筆者の論理の「前提」が失われてしまう、というわけです。

英文が正しいかどうか教えてください。 First, I talk about my friends. We can meet new person in school. And we can favor them. I didn’t know anybody when I went to high school at first time. I wanted to make friends. So I was speaking her who next to me sat down. Now we are friends. But we don’t always talk. Then I thought her who is very kind by external appearances. Of course, she is kind. But rather than she is very cheer up. I can’t know she is very cheer up only external appearances. I know that I talked to her a lot of things. Then I judge a person by external appearances. 何度も申し訳ありません。run all nightからです。 1番初めのシーンで主人公のジミーは俺は人生でひどいことをしてきた、そのあと Things for which I can never be forgivenといいます。things for whichは１つのイディオムでしょうか。調べてもthing which forは出てきますがthings for whichはでてきません。 後、中盤でジミーと息子のマイケルは逃げる羽目になります。 車で逃走中に父親のジミーはit becomes who you are.You can't just go home and scrub it off. といいます。it becomes who you are.がよく分かりません。そのあとはお前は家に帰れず 容疑も晴らせないと訳しましたがあっていますか？どうか宜しくお願い致します。 物語はジミーがマフィアのボス（親友でもある）の息子を殺したことから起きます。
