英文→フィリピンで雨が止んで、日本で雨が降れば…
お世話になります。 ・フィリピンで雨が止んで、日本で雨が降ればいいのに！ 上記の英文は何と言えばいいでしょうか？ 私の英語力ですと、↓こうなのですが、ナチュラルな言い方が知りたいです。 I hope the rain stops in the Philippines and starts in Japan! I wish the rain would stop in the Philippines and start in Japan! ・wishのほうが、ベターでしょうか？ 宜しければ、解説も頂けたら、分かり易く、有り難いです♪ どうぞ宜しくお願い致します♪

Hope it would rain in Japan, instead of Philippine. 希望なのでＨＯＰＥで始めて見ました。 気象に関する話しは（ＩＴ）を使うとかうろ覚えですが。。 主語は面倒なので省略しました

理解できてない部分があるので宜しくお願い致します！ I wish～の文章ありますよね。 テキストを見てると、 1:I wish Sarah would come.(=I want her to come) 2:I wish Sarah were here now.(not I wish Sarah would be) というのがあって、1の方はわかりますが2の文の方はわかりません。 例えばI wish I had an umbrella.なら、傘を持ってたらなぁ。の意味になりますよね？ で、I wish it would stop raining.だと、雨が止んだらいいのになぁ。の意味ですよね？ I wish + 過去形とI wish + ～would + 動詞の原形では意味が違うのでしょうか？この2つの違いがよくわからないです。 質問の意味、わかってもらえるでしょうか…。
