e bayでの購入手続きについての問題
- 海外で欲しい商品をe bayで購入しようとしていますが、やり取りがうまくいっていません。
- 相手からは送料を値引きしてくれる特別価格が提示されましたが、日本への発送ができないという設定になっており、入札ができません。
- 相手の言っていることが良く理解できず、翻訳をお願いしたいです。

- プリント、コピーは正常に機能するが、スキャナーがPCに認識されない問題が発生しています。スキャナーウインドウが開いて数秒間はDCP-J925Nが表示されるが、「接続を確認してください」の表示がでて、認識しない状態です。USB接続に異常はなく、Firmwareも最新状態です。
- お使いの環境はWindows10 64Bitで、USBケーブルで接続されています。Wi-Fiルーターは有線接続です。特に関連するソフト・アプリはありません。電話回線はJ-COM回線です。
- 問題としては、DCP-J925NのスキャナーがPCに認識されず、スキャン作業ができない状態です。プリントやコピーは問題なく行えますが、スキャン機能が利用できないため、解決方法をご教示いただきたいです。
