米国法でMortgage(抵当証券)の文献を読んでいたら、
the closing statement would provide a detailed
listing of the costs of acquiring the real property, including possible mortgage acquiaition
costs
とありました。この場合のClosing statementは明細表
と訳せばいいのでしょうか。
