どちらが正しいか教えてください

質問

英語の問題ですが、自分になりに(1)(2)、2つの答えを考えてみましたが、
どれが正しいか分かりません。
Ａ．Ｂ．に関しては他の答えもあると思いますが、出来れば覚えやすく、簡単な英語を使おうと
考えました。
解説付きで回答して頂けると、大変助かります。分かる方教えてください。よろしくお願い致します。

Ａ．私は先月アメリカからここに引っ越してきました。
(1)I moved here from the United States last month.
(2)I have moved here from the U.S. last month.

Ｂ．あなたが先日話していたアパートを見せていただけますか。
(1)Could you show the apartment which you said the other day?
(2)Could you show the apartment which you told me the other day?

Ｃ．与えられた語群を並べ替えて、適切な英文を作りなさい。
(with, coffee, special, ¥800, dessert, is, lunch, the, just, there, and).
(1)There is the just ¥800 special lunch with dessert and coffee.
(2)There is the special lunch with dessert and coffee, just ¥800 .

(1)が正しいです
現在完了と、過去のある時の時間を表す言葉（この場合、last month，他にyesterday, two hours agoなどなど）は一緒に使えません。現在完了は、過去のある時点を話す用法ではないからです。

Ｂ．あなたが先日話していたアパートを見せていただけますか。
(1)Could you show the apartment which you said the other day?
(2)Could you show the apartment which you told me the other day?

両方間違っています。
「あなたがそのアパートについて私に話した」は you told me about the apartmentなので、
whichを使う時は、aboutまで入れて上げます
Could you show me the apartment which you told me about the other day.

Ｃ．与えられた語群を並べ替えて、適切な英文を作りなさい。
(with, coffee, special, ¥800, dessert, is, lunch, the, just, there, and).
(1)There is the just ¥800 special lunch with dessert and coffee.
(2)There is the special lunch with dessert and coffee, just ¥800 .

どちらかというと(2）が正しいですけど、
There is a special lunch set with dessert and coffee, just for ¥800かな。
just の前に冠詞は来ません。
just a few　dollarsとか、aは来るけど、just theも聞いたことはないかも

(1)は、just の前に
