ブルースクリーン（stop error）について

　囲碁ソフトを使用中、突然下記に引用したメッセージが表示されました。 ＞ A problem has been detected and windows hasbeen shut down to prevent damage to your computer. BUGCORDE_USB_DRIVER. If this is the first time you've seen this stop errer screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again , follow thees stops: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. If problems contnur, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. disable BIOS memory options such as caching or sadowing. 　やむを得ず、電源を強制的に切り、間をおいて再起動しました。すると「acronis　home」で保護されたシステムが、 「 Startting Acronis Loader .... Press F11 Acronis Startup Recovery Manager ...._」 という表示とともに立ち上がりました。 　この現象はしばしば起きるようになり、メッセージは少しずつ異なりますが、特に「IE」使用中に起きるようです。 　OSはXP・ HE（sp3）ですが、エラーをMicrosoft に送信しても、解決には至りません。 スキルをお持ちの方や経験者の方、ご指導ください。

下記の情報があります。USB接続のハードディスクを使っていますか。 ただし、SP2で修正済みとも書いてあります。 http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=331988&sd=RMVP ダウンロード センターからインストール パッケージをダウンロードして、SP3を再インストールしてみるのも一つの手かと思います。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954441/ja また、電源の不良（容量不足）で、電源を交換して直ったという情報もあります。 http://soudan1.biglobe.ne.jp/qa4396858.html

ありがとうございました。acronis true image home でバックアップしてあった「システム」を復元したら、現段階では再現しておりません。

Acronisの製品をインストールしていると思います。 まず、これをアンインスト－ルして動作を確認して下さい。 その上で再現するようですと、STOPエラーの番号を教えて下さい。再現しないならAvronis製品をインストールして様子を見ます。再度再現したらAcronis製品のサポートへ連絡します。
