しかしこれは正式な契約書の書き方です。
全てを読んで理解し、agreeする必要があります。
理解できないのであれば今後のトラブルの際に困るので、やめておいたほうがいいと思いますよ。
海外では契約に書いてあることが全てで厳密に運用され、日本のように融通が利きません。
