- 英語力が足りず、相手の特殊な提案や送金システムが理解できません。
- 取引ルールを元に戻したいと伝えるため、英語でメールを送りたいのですが、教えていただけませんか？

I could treat the item only after I could accept cash. Japanse may not be able to undertand The sending system of your country. I want to go back to the initial trading rule . Please stop sending money and refand from the bank. In this case, I will send your money back as soon as it arrives to me, if you can not stop it ,so please do not worry. Please reply to me by YES or NO, whether you agree or not with going back to the initial trading rule. 状況がいまひとつ日本文からでも飲み込めないのですが、 まず、 DO not proceed any transactions until we agree on the condtions of our deal regarding to the cell phone. といって、 I cannot offer you anything without further detail として、相手の出方を見ては？ いまのところ、まだ向こうが送金したという現金も確認していないわけですし。
