近似例が見つかります。 Server Error in '/' Application.　　で検索。 いずれもｃｏｏｋｉｅやインターネット一時ファイルの削除で解決されています。 ｃｏｏｋｉｅを削除すると、今までＰＣに記憶させたＩＤやパスワードが消えてなくなります。ご注意。 参考 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/880693/ja http://support.biglobe.ne.jp/settei/browser/win-ie7/fbsw7_015.html ほかのブラウザからアクセスしてもいいようですね。パスワードなどは、生きていると思います。
