タイトルの件、どうしても文構造がつかめない一文がありますので、 文内の修飾関係などを教えていただけると幸いです。(出来れば和訳も…) 【本文抜粋】 ...the US Department of Commerce (or other applicable agency of the US Government, either in writing or as provided by applicable regulation, as the same may be amended from time to time). 文中のeither - or - の関係と、as provided by... と as the same may...に繋がり…など、 上手く訳せなくて困っています。 お手数ではありますが、御回答いただけると幸いです。お願いします。
