これは文頭なのですがadded toはどう考えるのでしょうか？
「更に～」のような意味なのでしょうか？
また何故add toではなくadded toなのでしょうか？
(2)cameについて
those woes came last week's financial scandal in Paris
だと「これらの悲劇は先週パリでの財政スキャンダルを？？？した」となりどう訳すかがわからないです。
「引き起こした～」などが最適のように見えますがそれならcausedとかになりそうですしcameの意味がわかりません。。。
comeに「なる～」「変化する～」のような意味はあるのでしょうか？
お願いします。。

add A to B の受動態を考えると
A was added to B となりますが、これが
last week's financial scandal in Paris was added to those woesにあたります。
cameは
Spring has come.とかで使うものと考えればよろしいと思います。
倒置のひとつの理由としては、
Added to those woes came last week's financial scandal in Paris,（ここのところでうまく後ろのone man ,Jeromeにつなげることができる） where one man, Jerome Kerviel is accused of unauthorized stock trading
というのがあげられます。

addedは分詞構文でlast week's financial scandal in Parisが倒置されていたのですか…分詞構文も考えたのですが倒置されているとは考えられず主語がわからなかったのですが
Added to those woes, last week's financial scandal in Paris came
が元の文なのですね。
確かに倒置すると後ろに繋げやすいのかもしれませんがそのような理由で倒置されるものなのですね。。。知らなかったです。。

ですが、ここでは分詞構文なのでadded to～「～に加えて」
