must have 過去分詞

"must not have done" "must have not done" のいずれも「禁止」「打消推量」で使われるようです。
前者の方が禁止・推量の強さがより強い感じがします。

あります。例えば、次のようです。
(1)He must not have gone.（彼は、行くべきではなかった。）
(2)He must not have gone.（彼は、行ったはずがない。）

(a)だとおかしくて(b)だと合ってる筈です。

bの場合だと
he must not have done this correctly
彼はちゃんとやらなかったに違いない
等で使えますが

aの様に
禁止＋完了の文は思いつかないんで。

mustは大きく分けて、(a)「義務・強制」と(b)「確信の高い推量・必然」の2つの使い方がありますよね。
で、mustの後に完了体が続く際は(b)の意味で「～した、だったに違いない」と言う意味になることが普通は多いように思いますが、文脈によっては確かに(a)の意味で「～してしまわないといけない」となることもあります。

で、mustが否定形のmust notになると通常は(a)の否定で「～しない義務＝禁止」となり、(b)の意味での否定＝打消推量にはならないはずです。
打消推量を表したい時にはmustは使わずに、普通はcan'tを使います。
ですので、must not have doneと言う形が表しうるニュアンスというのは、(b)のニュアンスではなくて「(a)のニュアンスでの否定verで且つ過去や完了を加味する」のみではないでしょうか？
つまり、「～してしまってはいけない」と言う意味になるかと思います。

notの置く場所でそれぞれ意味が異なってきます。

(1)must not have done
must notという使い方で「強い禁止」をあらわします。
例)You must not have drank water.　「水を飲んではいけなかった。」

(2)must have not done
～する必要がなかった。
～してないに違いない。


上記のようになります。
