ＷｉｎdowsXPが起動しなくなった（Linuxとのマルチブート失敗）

WinXP Pro を使っているPCにRed Hat Linux7.3をインストールしたところ XPが起動出来なくなりました。自分で調べて次の様なことをしましたが Linuxは正常に起動するもののXPは起動しません。何か見落としている ことありませんでしょうか？ ここを参考にして　　http://www.zdnet.co.jp/help/howto/linux/redhat7_2_grub/04.html 次の用にmenu.lstを変更したところWinの起動に失敗します（詳細後述） #コメント行は省略 default=0 timeout=10 title Windows root (hd0,0) makeactive chainloader +1 # splashimage=(hd1,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz title Red Hat Linux (2.4.18-3) root (hd1,0) kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.18-3 ro root=/dev/sde5 initrd /initrd-2.4.18-3.img -------------------------------- XP起動時のエラーは ------------------------------------------------------------- A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage　to you computer.
