ヨーロッパから輸入する際の向こうから来た見積書の翻訳を頼まれしぶしぶやっております。経験のない分野なので助けてください。英文の下に和訳をのせておきましたので正しくない場合アドバイスください。ボランティアとはいえやるからには正しく訳したいと思います。 Terms of delivery: 7-8 working weeks from factory after receipt of the order, provided all technical and commercial questions have been settled, subject to prior sales. 製品引き渡し： 全てのやりとりに問題がない場合、受注より７～８週営業日の工場出荷。先売御免。 Index：The right to adjust prices is reserved 注釈：価格変更の権利を売り手が有す Terms of delivery：FOB 決済条件：FOB Terms of payment：Payment against Bill of Lading 決済方法：船荷証券支払い渡し（？） Period of validity：2 months from the date of quotation, provided delivery takes place within 4 months of the date of quotation 有効期限：見積書日付より4ヶ月以内に出荷されるとして、見積もり書日付より２ヶ月以内。（文章が変？） なにとぞよろしくお願いいたします。

貿易用語は正しく訳しても今度は日本語が分らない場合がありますが、依頼主はある程度貿易用語の知識があるという前提になります。 製品引き渡し（納期）： 技術、営業面の全ての問題点（疑問点）がクリアになって、受注より７～８週営業日の工場出荷。先売御免。（日数は更に船、又は飛行機による発送までの国内輸送期間、通関期間がプラスされるので、工場出荷と明記している）相手の注文内容に疑義があればメールで問い合わせたりする時間（日数）がプラスされる。 Terms of delivery：FOB 決済条件：FOB→建値 当社の価格はＦＯＢ建てです。 従って運賃や保険料、発送後のリスクは 全てバイヤー負担です。この条件の場合、バイヤーは船名や航空会社を 指定することが出来ます。 Terms of payment：Payment against Bill of Lading 支払い条件：Ｌ／Ｃ 決済には現金（小切手）、相互勘定、手形などがありますが、もっとも ポピュラーで安全な支払い（条件）はＬ／Ｃ取引です。 有効期限：単に日付を示すだけでもいいわけですが、納期が長いものは 受注しても材料の価格がアップする危険があるのでこのような条件が加えられていると思われます。諸般の事情で予定以上に納期が延び、材料費などが極端にアップした場合、売り手は再見積もりをする可能性を残しています。2ヶ月の差は製造に要する日数と推測できます。 （つまり、この間に材料の値上げがあっても既に調達済みで相手には被害なしで、見積もり価格が維持できるわけです） ＊信用状 （Letter of Credit : L/C）は、輸出代金の支払いを輸入者側の取引銀行が保証してくれるもので、輸入者側の取引銀行が発行します。 輸出者は、銀行が輸出代金の支払いを保証してくれるので、安心して貨物の船積ができます。また、貨物の船積後輸出代金を早期に回収できるメリットがあります。 ＊FOB（Free On Board－本船積込渡し）: 船積港で指定本船に船積み後の費用と危険は買主負担となる建値

マルティンブオさんはご存知だと思いますが、ご存知でない方のご参考までに補足説明させて下さい。 "Payment against B/Lading"容易にDocuments against Payment, D/P(「支払引換書類渡し」とでも翻訳可能）推測出来ます。 D/P,D/Aを短く具体的に説明しますと、 １） D/P：－ 為替手形Bill ofExchange, Draftが取立銀行（L/C信用状発行銀行）より提示されたときに決済すれば受け荷主（Importer,Accountee,L/COpener）にB/L船荷証券等の船積書類が引き渡される。 ２） D/A:- 手形を提示されたときに決済ではなく、引受（数週間数月先の決済を約束すること）して船積書類を受け荷主が銀行から受取る。 一般的にはD/P、D/Aと言うとL/Cなしと思われていますが、本来はL/C付きL/C無しに拘らず、手形決済。引受と交換にB/L等を渡す支払条件を指しま す。 西班牙語の師匠と仰ぐみみずくマーティンさんの後でおこがましいことを申しました。
再度No.1です。 joshsanさんのご指摘のようにPayment against Bill of LadingをＬ／Ｃ決済に伴うＢ／Ｌ提示というように短絡して考えていました。Payment against Bill of LadingはＢ／Ｌ（貨物通関に必要）は支払いに対して引き渡すという意味だけで、支払い方法までは規定していません。常識的にはＤ／Ｐだろうと思われます。（しかし、翻訳を依頼するような会社はＤ／Ｐ取引はしないはずです）実際の取引の場合はPayment against Bill of Ladingの意味を相手に確認する必要があるでしょう。 joshsanさんご指摘有難うございました。

B/LとL/Cを混同しているようですね。決済方法L/Cとはどこにも書いていないようですが。 用語としてPayment against Bill of Ladingと言うのは聞いたことがありませんが、B/Lと引き換えに金を払え、と言う意味なので、普通はD/P（Document against payment）とよばれる決済方法だと思います。

こんにちは。 下記文章の解釈で悩んでいます。特にat payment terms of T/T・・以下が不明です。 A shall settle with B for its purchase of products hereunder by remitting the amount due to the bank account designated by B at payment terms of T/T 30 days against date of B/L or AWB 「AはBに指定された銀行口座に送金することにより、製品の支払いを行う。」 このような事を言いたいのだと思うのですがat payment terms ofを訳したら、「支払い条件はB/LまたはAWBの日付に対して電信送金15日で」ということになり、あまり意味が分かりません。「日付の前」だったら分かるのですが、againstの解釈で悩んでいます。 宜しくお願い致します。

This inconvenient situation had been effectively set aside by the Supreme Council itself, which approved a formal resolution at its meeting of 10 January 1922 that invited Soviet participation and calling upon the Bolsheviks to submit a list of delegates and support staff seeking to attend so that safe conduct passes for travel and accommodation could be arranged. The opening ceremony of the Genoa Conference took place at 3 pm on 10 April 1922 at the Palazzo di San Giorgio, one of the oldest palaces in the city. Delegations entered at one end of the palace, running a gauntlet of news photographers from around the world, while at the opposite end guests, journalists and members of delegation support staffs disembarked from a column of automobiles to go inside the building. Admission to journalists was through tickets distributed ahead of the event, which were strictly limited. The entrance of Lloyd George was met with a great ovation from those assembled in the hall as he took his seat to the left of the chairman's seat at the front of the room.
