「キャンパスの桜は入学式のころには満開でしょう」の英訳で The cherry blossoms on campus will be in full bloom about the time (when) your entrance ceremony is held. とあるのですが、これを2つにわけるとどういう文になるでしょうか? おそらく「キャンパスの桜は満開になるでしょう」と「入学式のころ桜は満開です」になると思うのですが。。。 前者はそのままThe cherry blossoms on campus will be in full bloom.だと思うのですが、後者はどういう文になるのでしょう? それとここはheld(保持する)でないといけないのでしょうか?「状態を維持する」ような感じにはどうしても思えないのですが

＞1つの文を2つにわける というのが，関係詞を使って２文を１文にしたのを元に戻すという意味であれば， The cherry blossoms on campus will be in full bloom about the time. と，Your entrance ceremony is held at the time. になります。 　hold には「（会など）を開催する，行う」という意味があります。
