findという言葉はたまたま見つけるといった語感ですね。それにたいして、look forは探すといった感じですよね。look forはまだ見つかっていないものを探しているわけで、findのすでに見つけたというのとは違うということですかね。

竹岡先生の「英作文が面白いほど書ける(実戦編)」を解いて、予備校の講師に出したのですが、解答が間違っていると言っていました。 問題 「自分の好きなことをして、いやなことをしないと、結局、視野の狭い人間になってしまう。」 解答 「If you only just do things you like and never do things you don`t like,you`ll end up having a narrow view of the world.」 講師解答 「end up の直後に the one をいれる。」 理由 「end up の後ろは、そのまま補語として使える形にしておかなくてはならない。」 です。 竹岡先生の解答は間違っているのでしょうか？おねがいします。
