Internal Server Errorという表示が出て今まで見られたサイトが見られなくなりました　

ADSLで接続しています。今まで速度の測定のために利用していたサイトが突然利用できなくなりました。そのサイトはお気に入りに登録してあり、昨日の17時には利用できました。 http://speed.on.arena.ne.jp/ です。 以下の表示がありました。 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, admin@speed.on.arena.ne.jp and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache/1.3.20 Server at speed.on.arena.ne.jp Port 80 以上です。英語が大の苦手なので、意味がわかりません。 http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-PaloAlto/5694/rfc/rfc2068-ja.html#10.5.1 でエラーメッセージの日本語の解説は見てみたのですが、 メッセージの意味はわかりませんでした。 使用環境は　IE5.5SP2　　 Win Me です。 他の測定サイトは利用出来ますが、ここが気に入っています。 ひとつ気になることがあります。 それは、速度が出ないので、「プロバイダーのサポートにここのサイトの結果リポートを付けて、改善して欲しいとメールしたことです。」その返答のメールが今日着いたのですが、「改善します」とありました。結果レポートの信憑性を表わすために、このサイトのＵＲＬをメールに書きました。 速度を計れないようにプロバイダーがすることがあるでしょうか？　 どこのプロバイダーを利用しているかは事情があり書けません。 よろしくお願いいたします。

Internal Server Error というのは、このページに限らず、時々出くわしますね。 私も Web サイトの開発をしていますが、時たまミスでこれをやってしまうことがあります。 文字通り、サーバ内部のプログラム（CGI など）がうまく動作していない（大抵はアップデート時のバグ）ことにより、通知されるエラーです。 クライアント側、つまり我々見ている方には、全く問題はありません。 そのうち直るはずですから、気長に待ちましょう。^^)

NO.3のomitoronです。 自分の場合時々一つだけでなく複数の計測サイトでADSLの速度を計り、 普段の平均的な速度がどれくらいなのか把握するようにしています。 http://www.oak.dti.ne.jp/~flash/speedeye.html http://member.nifty.ne.jp/oso/speedtest/ http://junkhunt.net/icsi/ http://www.musen-lan.com/speed/ わかりやすいところで、これらのサイトでどうでしょうか。 最後のURLのは上り速度も測定できるのがいいですね。

サーバ側でエラーが出ているようですね。 CGI等、サーバ側で動作させるプログラムにエラーがあった時によく出てくるメッセージです。 エラーが無くなれば、また元通りに表示去れるようになるはずですよ。 もしかしたら、A571222さんのメールへの返信どおり「改善」中なのかもしれませんしね（＾＾）

More information about this error may be available in the server error log. と出てきます。なんで？！(*****は一応伏せました） それで画像データーをやめて、文字だけ送ったら送れました。でも画像を添付すると送れなくなるんです！ 画像の上限は300kbyte以内なんですが、私の画像は172kbなんで大丈夫なはずなんです。ファイアーウォールも切ってみたんですが変わりありませんでした。
