随分込み入って長い、（不自然な）英文で、読んでも意味が分からないので、分かるところから日本語に訳し、日本語で置き換えて行くと、段々英語の方の構造も、こう解釈しないと意味が通らないと思って出たのが訳文です。１の回答の補足を見ますと、ほぼ、同じ構文と解釈されているので、見解が同じになったと思っただけです。言葉の使い方は随分違っています。それと、砕いた訳にしていないという点が違うだけです。 [the thing] は、ここに the thing があるのである、これは、どれに当たるのかを考えるために入れたのです。結果的には、これは、conditions and operating procedures だという解釈になりました。ただ、わたしの訳文構成だと、同じことを二度言うことになるので、略して、「条件を遵守しなければ」という風に「条件」一語で代表させました。……少し考えると、 同様に、製造条件及び操作手順は、法的ガイドラインで正確に規定されている条件を遵守しなければならないため を： 同様に、法的ガイドラインで正確に規定されている、製造条件及び操作手順を遵守しなければならないため にすれば、よいのだと言うことになります。自分で考えるのが面白いので（パズルを解くような感じですが、それではいけないでしょうか）、他の人の回答を見ずに訳文を造ったので、こういう下手なものになったのです。 分かり易い訳文をということになると、関連知識が周辺情報がないと無理です。文脈で出てくるもので、これだけでは、意訳しにくいのです。
