Windows98が起動しません（The Following file is...の表示になる）

タイトルのトラブルで困っています。 ウィンドウズのロゴが出たらすぐに、 The following file is missing or ocrrupted: C:?WINDOWS?BILING.SYS そして There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 4 これとおなじ表記で４から９、そして１７が出ます。 そしてそのすぐ下に、 The following file is missing or ocrrupted: COMMAND.COM Type the name of the command interpreter (e.g.,C:?WINDOWS?COMMAND.COM) C:> （？はバックスラッシュ） これはどういうことなんでしょうか？ 何かコマンドを入力すればいいのでしょうか。 それか、リカバリしかないんでしょうか・・・ ほかの質問回答も参考にしましたが、微妙に症状が 違うみたいなので質問させていただきました。 よろしくお願いします。

CONFIG.SYSと言うファイルが壊れているので、修正が必要です。 あっさりあきらめず、良く読んで見てください。（同じ不具合と思います） http://okwave.jp/kotaeru.php3?qid=1778278

これを試すと、どうなるんでしょう？ データが飛ぶのかな・・・パソコン自体 使えなくなるんでしょうか？ リカバリを試してみて、それでもダメなら 最終手段として試してみたいと思います。 ありがとうございます（＾＾）

リンクの質問と回答読んでみました。 せっかく貼ってもらったリンクですが、残念ながら あまり詳しくなくてよくわかりませんでした。 たしかセーフモードで起動しても、失敗したような 気がします。 ありがとうございました。

バックスラッシュは日本語ドライバが読み込めなくなっているので英語フォントで表示しているためです。 COMMAND.COM　もまともに動いていないのでなにも実行できません。 システムファイルが多数エラーで読み込めなくなっているようなので、リカバリしてみるしかないでしょう。 データを救済したいのでしたら、外付けケースを使って他のPCでとりだすなどしてください。 もしかしてリカバリもHDDエラーでできないかもしれません。
