２の "neural network" は、"artificial neural network" という人工知能の研究（例、computer vision を実現するための研究）で用いられる手法だと思われるので、日本語訳は「ニューラルネットワーク」でよいのではないかと思います。詳しくは Google で「ニューラルネットワーク」や「コンピュータヴィジョン」を検索されるとよいかと思います。

「quarantee」という単語は和訳するとどのような意味になるのでしょうか。 いろいろな辞書で調べたのですが載っていませんでした。 ネット検索をしていると英文の中で使用されているようです。 ex．Lease quarantee deposits、cheque quarantee card 何となく「保証」のようなニュアンスの言葉ではないかと推測していますが、正確な意味をご存知でしたらお教え下さい。
