母のデスクトップパソコンが今朝から立ち上がらなくなりました。立ち上げようとすると「ブー、ブー」という警報音が８回鳴った後、以下の英文が画面で出ますが、それ以外の操作は一切できません。 　　　　　BootBlock Emergency Recovery Made The System Flash ROM Image may be corrupted or the ESC key was pressed during Power-On. If the ESC key was accidentally pressed, please reboot the system. Please insert a ROMPaq diskette into a drive A: and cycle the power on the system. A ROMPaq diskette may be obtained from http:www.hp.com. パソコンにはズブの素人なので対処法が全く分かりません。アドバイス頂ければ大変ありがたく存じます。どうぞ、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
